Services
Up and over garage doors with canopy gears consist of a top tension spring across the top of the garage door, lifting cables and roller spindles that run up a vertical track on the garage door frame. When the door is in the open position 1/3 of the door remains outside the garage forming a sort of canopy, this is why they are known as a 'canopy garage door' and is still one of the most popular choice of garage door in the UK.
Roller garage doors open vertically leaving no overhang onto the drive way, which means you can pull right up to the garage door and drive straight in. These types of garage doors can only be installed on to the back of brick pillars or a timber frame. They also require a little more space than some of the other garage door types due to the rolling mechanism being located on the inside.

First class service. My door was hanging off and a security risk. Davey communicated like a pro. came round and did a brilliant job. very friendly, very reliable and a total professional. do not bother with… others. I was quoted hundreds by another first and that I needed this and that. Davey repaired it at a fraction of the cost. I will go no where else now.

Davey was absolutely fantastic. Quick response, kept in touch, came out on a Sunday due to our work commitments and repaired electronic garage door (which we had been advised by others was not repairable and a new door needed). Davey sourced parts and fixed within an hour. Lovely guy who saved the day and also saved us a lot of money. Would recommend 100%.

We had been told by another company that we needed a new motor for our garage door. Davey offered to service the existing one instead and it’s now working perfectly, saving us £££. He also managed to find us a replacement key fob to replace a lost one, even though it’s an old system. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

We had several garage door technicians attempt to fix our door. It would randomly not open or only close part of the way. No one could figure out the problem until Advanced came out. He was meticulously thorough and serviced every aspect of the door. It was a great job at a reasonable rate and the door worked perfectly when he finished.
