When Gerald came out to do a quote, all the options were fully explained to me, taking into account, factors such as noise, aesthetics, budget, energy efficiency and model specification to match our requirements. The detailed quote was emailed to us within a day, showing examples of units to be used and a breakdown of costs.
Once we were ready to go ahead, Gerald managed to squeeze our job in within a couple of weeks, weather gave us a slight delay but
