Our portfolio has grown considerably and our breadth of experience includes large executive family houses in rural locations to contemporary apartments and townhouses.
Managing Director, Andrew Kamm, provides a very hands-on approach, carefully selecting and acquiring sites. As planninng commences to ensure the builds becomme desirable homes - Andrew personally coordinates with consultants, site managers and key sub-contractors ensuring quality right from the very start.
This is upheld and maintained to the finest degree between our privately employed and highly skilled tradesmen and trusted sub-contractors - an unusual trait, yet a model that is highly effective. Our unified pursuit of uncompromised excellence is also reflected in our commitment to staff loyalty - with a large proportion of our staff and sub-contractors having worked with the company for many years.
By far our most rewarding experience is handing over these beautiful homes personally to our customers. Our motivation throughout these projects is to create fantastic living spaces to hold a lifetime of memories, which really makes all of our hard work worth the meticulous planning involved. Andrew and Tanya personally hand the keys over to customers, in addition to a detailed Handover Pack with all of the information about their new homes.
