Services
For larger items such as Taski Machines, 25ltrs of chemicals or larger machinery which we have to palletise, we will charge the carriage back to the customer. All other orders will be subject to a delivery charge of 8.50 +vat. This is applicable for all orders within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Highlands & Islands, where a surcharge will apply.
Usually delivered within 1 to 4 working days 8am - 9pm. *Free delivery on orders over 75 in a single transaction. Orders containing some bulky/heavy items or super heavy items are not available for free delivery. We do aim to ship within 1 working day on most items. Paid in full via PayPal 10 days ago, the seller sent me an email on that day saying it's out of stock, I replied and asked for a full refund.
10 days passed and still haven't refunded me. When I emailed them again on Monday (3days ago) and today, the seller said she has asked the accountancy team to refund me, which has been 10 days and still not at work to refund me, does it sound right to you?

Such a lovely, helpful team, nothing is too much trouble! Their vast product range covers commercial, domestic, car care and even bar supplies! Great products at fair prices. Pop in or give them a call. A little bird also told me that they supply loo roll to the royals! is this true?! Their Lemon Gel floor cleaner even managed to revive my scabby Lino! A miracle..
