Whilst the location is difficult to find and get to (traffic and approach roads), the staff in the sales area are helpfulness personified. After seeing the items we were thinking of buying, we purchased exactly what we wanted a few months later, over the phone. Again the sales staff were very helpful. After we purchased, the warehouse staff were again very helpful with our request for a delayed delivery. The delivery came the day before scheduled (no problem at all) and the driver was, again, very helpful in getting the pallet down our drive, through our gate and onto our patio at the rear of our

I have had a great experience with Bathroom City. Remarkable, actually!
I ordered a bathroom vanity unit in July but it was November until we were able to fit it. It was only then that we realised there was a fault with one of the self-closing door hinges. It was jammed and the door wouldn’t fully open or close.
I emailed them explaining the problem but honestly not expecting them to do anything about it. It had, after all, been several months since the unit was delivered.
Much to my surprise, I had a prompt, polite and helpful reply and the offer to send out a replacement hinge. Which they

Needed a last minute cloakroom vanity unit and basin while our bathroom fitters were around finishing the bathroom.
The bathroom showroom that we ordered our fittings from had a couple that were far too expensive.
Searched online and Bathroom City had the best deal with the added bonus of including the taps and free delivery.
Order arrived within a few days and in good shape and quality.

We were served by Jimmy who was very helpful. He asked all the right questions and was able to direct us to exactly what we were looking for. Prices here beat all the other bathroom shops we have looked at and they have a much bigger selection. They were even happy for me to get into the bathtubs to try them out, now there's no where else I know that allows the customers to do that!
So we bought a whirlpool bathtub (1900 X 900) with 14 jets with taps, one end and one side panel for the tub, a double sink unit with drawers and taps, towel rail heater with matching valves, toilet with hidden cistern

Was recommended Bathroom City by a friend after she had her bathroom from them.
She was really pleased with the products and I must say they looked amazing in her house and said the staff were great too.
I visited their Birmingham showroom and there was plenty of choice and the sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable offering great advice.
After selecting the products and receiving the delivery, I had a issue with a damaged product which the customer service team dealt with, the lady was very nice and friendly and the issue was dealt with quickly

Visited Bathroom City and have to say was very impressed with the level knowledge the sales team have. Sales staff are ex bathroom fitters so know about the aspects of re-doing a bathroom and not like pushy sales men. Delivery was made on the date as promised and driver called an hour before to say they are on the way which is a nice touch as otherwise would have had to take a whole day off work.

Visited their showroom in Birmingham and must say I was overwhelmed with the choice. Luckily, they had a couple of good sales staff to help me choose a suite I fell in love with (think one of their names was Clive) and it's now fully installed and looks brilliant. From start to finish a very smoothly run operation with no hiccups. Great stuff!
