Called in 01-11-2021 with my broken pressure washer explained to the gentleman in store the problem and he quoted me a price for investigation and told me any parts would be extra, got a phone call later in the day to say it had been repaired and I could collect the following day , fantastic service and a very affordable repair guys, you’ll see me again for any future repair’s / purchase’s , thanks again 😀👍

Took my Karcher in for repair and it was condemned as unrepairable. When I picked it up, it had not been reassembled but I was not asdvised that this was the case. As a result, on the jpurneu home, it leaked diesel all over my boot leaving an expensive walking jacket ruined and the car wreaking of diesel fumes. When I rang to complain I received no apology or any form of reparation
