I can honestly say every member of the Trident team have been brilliant. The sales team, the admin team and the fitters have been professional, friendly, with great communication, and have all done a fantastic job. We love our new front door. Thank you.

Trident windows completed replacement of all the front bay windows, front door, porch and my loft window, the service from start to finish was fantastic, all was discussed and explained clearly, no strange language, the fitters arrived and completed an excellent job they worked clean and tidy they were pleasant and showed their skills in completing the works, many thanks Trident for a fantastic job. Just had a balcony window fitted and couldn't recommend Trident Windows enough. The original wooden frame was rotting so was replaced with a PVC window, in keeping with the rest of the building. The whole process was really smooth and easy. They kept me updated about lead times / delivery dates and the installation guys on the day were fab. It was left super clean and tidy, and they took all the rubbish away with them. It's completed transformed the balcony, thanks again guys!

Trident Windows, Worthing, having had three windows just fitted I can honestly say this is a really great local company who clearly take real pride in their work and offer great customer service at a very competitive price. The job was complicated by the original large bathroom window being half obscured by a false tiled wall and my living room window having shutters that all other companies insisted must removed and refitted (at extra cost and inconvenience) by the shutter company. I have just had a front door, side panel and a small window fitted by Trident.
From start to finish they have have been excellent and I am very pleased with the finished product. The price was competitive, the time from ordering to fitting was just a few weeks and I have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and professional team. Replaced 4 double glazing panes, one proved to be difficult due to poor repair many years ago by previous owner.
However fitter succeeded and all four now in place.
A good fair price and good quick service throughout.

Something strikes me as very odd with these reviews. Any poor ones are blamed on the previous company, with which the new company claims it has no connection, but none of the good reviews are ever queried. Something isn't right there is it.
Trident Windows Southern was set up on Companies House on 30 November 2017 and operates from the same building as Jacqui Harrow T/A Trident Windows and Blinds. The website for Trident Windows Southern claims they make their own windows at their own factory. This is not the case as confirmed to me by one of their fitters as it was uneconimical to continue to

Right from first phone call to Trident, have found the company excellent. Now have a double glazed door and window in garage, very satisfied. The fitters were excellent as was the office staff. Would happily recommend Trident to anyone.
