We are a small business based in the heart of Warwickshire offering block paving driveways, gravel driveways, landscaping, and tarmac services. Our work has taken us from Chipping Campden to Southam, and from Balsall Common to Stratford-upon-Avon including Leamington and Warwick. We have been established since 1986, showing that we have survived the difficulties experienced in running a small business for over 30 years.
As with any driveway, the quality and depth of road stone (hardcore) used and securing all the edges with concrete, is very important. Our tarmac driveways are dug out at least 8. We bring in 5" of MOT Type I road stone, which when compacted reduces to 4". Our road stone is guaranteed and frost proof.

We have permission to work on pavements in order to create a new vehicle access or to widen an existing entrance. This gives customers easy access across the pavement into their property and also should prohibit vehicles parking across the new entrance. We have to dig out from road to boundary, remove the old kerbs, replace the old kerbs with new kerbs and secure them with concrete at their new lower level.
We carry out all aspects of landscaping. All our slabs are laid on a hardcore base and most slabs are then laid on a solid screed base. Slabs are properly pointed up between each one, either by hand or by using a jointing compound. Slabs can either be made or concrete or of natural stone. This could be limestone, or sandstone, or slate.

From the beginning of the process to the end we have received a 5 star service. They did the job when they said they were going to, were very reasonably priced, very professional and very friendly. I shared several email exchanges with Caroline who organised everything and is very familiar with the documents required for a dropped kerb and made life very easy for us. Can't recommend this company enough and they are recommended by the council too. It was a very quick turnaround too.

Since we first approached them they have kept in contact touch with us to ensure that they delivered what we wanted, fully understood the work that would be done and advised us on the materials that would give a finished product that would be in keeping with our property, (a thatched cottage).

We had used Caroline’s company for a drive at our old house about 15 years ago. The company were very helpful and when we left it block drive looked as good the day as when it was laid ,with no fading or sinking.
So when we moved last year we had no hesitation in using the company again. David and his team were just as helpful and responsive as before and the result was excellent .Caroline had suggested a design / colour which really worked well and complimented the house. I can’t recommend Caroline at Landscapes Unlimited strongly enough. She was incredibly responsive and efficient in coming out to look at the work required and provide a reasonable quote.
Caroline was very friendly and provided ideas and advise which was very greatly received.
The work started on the planned date. Caroline’s team were amazing; friendly, tidy, efficient.
There were some materials which weren’t used and the final invoice was adjusted accordingly which was a nice surprise.
I am highly delighted with my new drive, it’s given the house real kerb appeal and the whole process

The team were excellent and did a fantastic job. The weather was against us so there is the finishing to do on the block paving. This needs a couple of days of dry weather. We had a tarmac drive removed and a new block paving and an extended drop kerb added. Caroline was our contact who was great to work with. Dave and his team turned up on the agreed day and was very professional and tidy throughout the process. Brett and Adrian and the rest of the team were excellent and well mannered. Thank you very much. Look forward to the odd couple of jobs being finished off.

Caroline and the team did a fabulous job on our driveway and front garden. I had an outline idea of what I wanted and Caroline was fantastic at bringing this to life, helping me choose the right block paving and slabs to work best with the house. The team who installed it were fantastic, helpful, polite and a job to have at our home.
