We provided architectural plans for a new garage with a challenging roof: he produced a buildable and elegant solution.
On this and a subsequent rendering project, the site was always safe, tidy and thoughtful of others.
Deliveries were made in good time so the work proceeded smoothly.
The Caws team were all proficient, hardworking and open to informed discussion with us when some detail needed thinking through. Their solutions always brought improvements.
They were also, all of them, pleasant, friendly, helpful and good to have around.

FULL INTERNAL RENOVATION - HEATING - WATER - ELECTRICS - PLASTERING.
I had confidence in Caws from the first meeting and that did not change at any time during the project, other than to improve. As an aside, but an important one, the renovation of our home straddled the Covid 19 lockdown and throughout the period Ryan and the team ensured the ‘site’ was Covid secure at all times. Again, during the whole period there was only one working day when someone was not working on the house.
The original quote was detailed and costed thereby allowing me to choose, if I wanted, to forego or change

Caws recently completed a ground floor extension and complete refurbishment of our house. They are a very polite, professional and hard working group of guys. We changed the scope of the work fairly significantly during the build but Caws were always flexible and accommodating. Having seen some of their previous work we knew it would be finished to a very high standard, and we were certainly not disappointed. We are thrilled with the end result. Thanks to Ryan and the team. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Caws Carpentry built our home which we designed. This is a large almost 3,000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms, all ensuite. The open plan lounge, diner and diner is 9m x 8m. We are extremely pleased with this builder and he has exceeded our expectations.

Caws Carpentry undertook a large extension with new roof, attic conversion and total refurbishment of the whole house, over a period of 11 months. Caws were well-organised, with great attention to detail, and kept us informed and consulted on changes to scope and cost.
