Garforth Gas Services was founded in 2005 by Corgi registered engineers who wanted to work for themselves to provide a more personal and cost effective service for the customers domestic heating needs, rather than the big company, highly priced and impersonal nature mentality. In 2009 we were passed as British Gas Approved Installers, and installed a multitude of systems on their behalf.
The company specialises in heating solutions specific to the customer be it from a full installation to a simple boiler swap. We supply and install only top quality 'A' rated appliances, although a flexible approach to customers requirements in utilising other appliances would not be ignored.

I can't thank Steve enough for coming out and getting my boiler to work until the faulty Heat Exchanger could be replaced as the fault was covered by warranty.
He arranged for Ideal to come and replace the heat exchanger.This is going above and beyond normal customer service as Steve had an injury but didn't want us left without heating and hot water.

I contacted Steve as my parents had been repeatedly let down by British Gas since the beginning January 21. A small problem, that should have resolved as part of a Homecare regular maintenance service, wasn’t. The problem escalated and left them without heating or hot water. British Gas weren’t able to attend until the next day even though they are both over 70. Steve attended their house on his way back from a very personal difficult day. He sorted their boiler issue within minutes and ensured that the heating and hot water were both working. I can’t praise this guy to much. He went above

I contacted Steve to ask for a quote to replace some thermostatic valves on my radiators. His quote was really reasonable and we booked him in to do the job as soon as possible. He did a great job and even reduced the price as he said it had been a smaller job than he first thought. We would definitely recommend and will use again!

Steve is absolutely fantastic. I've hired him to replace the boilers and service the heating systems in our our last two homes. He is always on time, tidy and when things goes wrong, which sometimes happen. He always knows how to fix it. I'd certainly recommend Garforth Gas to anyone looking for a good and reliable professional to take care of their heating and hot water.

Steve has been so helpful and professional. Our boiler was broken. He was polite and friendly on the phone, came round quickly (within hours) and fixed the boiler for us. He was aware of covid safety and did not hesitate to get on with the job whilst we continued to work from home and now the heating is working again. Thank you very much Steve, we are grateful to you. I had a breakdown of my system and water pump & was quoted £ 250 by someone else first and they couldn't come for 8days. Steve came the next afternoon and was just brilliant. Encountering 1 problem after another he sorted each problem one by one. You can trust Steve implicitly, the bill was approx one third the other quote. Was I happy!! I will use no one else from now on. Just hope he hasn't got TOO POPULAR if and when I need him next!

First time I've been compelled to write a review but when you find someone that you can trust I would be remiss if I didn't.
Completed a combi boiler installation and couldn't have been more accommodating. Did a very clean and tidy job. Explained everything thoroughly. Got the job done regardless of the obstacles presented when working on an old home. Will be calling on them to carry our boiler servicing henceforth.

I was recommended Steve of Garforth Gas Services by my brother-in-law who had his boiler replaced about a year ago. I left Steve a voice message requesting some advise and a quote for a replacement combi boiler and radiators. He phoned me back that evening and arranged an appointment at a time that was convenient for us both. When Steve assessed the radiators, he advised not change them as they were adequate for the size of the rooms and still looked presentable.
