They treat potential employees like trash! Never do business with this awful company. My wife. Patricia. QA tester. She took a day off holiday and was very excited to have an interview with you. She studied all week getting ready. She turned up and told the position was already filled. Not even tried to give her an interview. I hope you feel bad and ashamed for what you have done.

I was scheduled for an interview for this company. When I went on to attend the interview, I was told that the interview was cancelled because someone has got the job! I've never had such a bad experience in finding a job. Honestly, I felt so humiliated! Worksmart doesn't treat their applicants fairly. At least give them a chance of attending the interview and see what they are like. Also, you should at least try and interview (by phone) the applicant first before scheduling an interview only to cancel it at the end without even apologising or notifying the applicant! Time wasted!

The interview was conducted very well and i enjoyed the visit, performed well on a test, but I was excluded from the next stage from a set of coding questions which was not listed anywhere in the job specification, even at desirable level.
At my last site interview for a separate company (not Worksmart) I was told at the interview that I seemed target driven, only to be told I lacked initiative as feedback a few days later because of consulting with colleagues regularly as part of quality assurance. So that's why I feel a bit short changed.
