Whilst the product and the installation service is good they appear to lose interest after they have your money.
We bought a 10m hut via a display at a county show. As we knew we would be moving house in a couple of years we asked about taking the hut with us. The salesman informed us that Arctic Cabins offered a relocation service. Fixed fee all in. That was the deal clincher. Should have been more sceptical. Come moving time, they don't answer emails, promises of return phone calls don't happen. Had to write to the Owner direct to get a response. They now no longer offer a relocation service

Cabin master designed my office just before the start of lockdown and fitted it after things started to open up again.
Now I am back at work and using my office I can say that the quality and comfort the cabin offers is extremely high.
Having now had estate agents value my property I can also say that according to them it has added double the cost to the value of my house, potentially more with the current state of work and the future way people will work.

Absolutely superb build and customer service from start to finish. Was not pressured once into buying when my partner and I visited Cabin Master to choose my garden office. All completed in a 4 day period from the wooden base to the final coat of print. All the tradesman were respectful and easy to get on with.Trust me this guys are the ultimate professionals.

Cabin Master built my ultimate Man Cave Games Room.....in 2 days.
