We are absolutely delighted with JSJ who insulated our roof last week. From the beginning the experience seemed to be a step above what we often encounter these days. The communication was excellent and Susan provided all the necessary information and answered all our questions, and kept us updated at all stages. On the days the work was being carried out the team arrived early and raring to go which was refreshing. We found the lads to be very polite and accommodating. Our job required the unpleasant job of old glass wool to be removed first. During the process they hit some unexpected problems

Thank you so much for a superb job insulating the roof space in the loft of my bungalow. The guys were very hard working and completed the job in around six hours with a difficult 22 degree pitch roof. They were meticulous and tidied up taking care of the new oak floor in the hall by covering it with floor protector. All in all a fantastic job and all credit to the guys as well as Jim and Susan at JSJ foam insulation

I asked this company for a price in June, and they came in August to install the insulation on the day I requested. I decided that I would wait a while before putting on a review as how can anyone review insulation in the summer?
I dealt with four people, one a lady in the office, another who came and carefully worked out the size of my loft and then two men who did the work. All were excellent. Communication from Susan in the office was excellent and the three people who came to my house were really good.

We had our loft insulated by JSJ and the difference in the temperature in the house is quite amazing. We have reduced the thermostat setting by around 3 degrees.
The team arrived around 10.00 and departed just after six. Great care was taken to ensure there was no damage in the house from the hoses. All carpets were fully protected and on completion of the work all areas were cleaned to my satisfaction.
I would have no hesitation in recommending JSJ to anyone wanting to insulate their property. Thay take time to explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have fully and concisely.

Hi I've been following JSJ Insulation for a while now, and recently got them to do my loft. Jamie Marc and Andrew grafted away very hard in very awkward conditions, and made a superb job. Excellent communication throughout from initial engagement, through technical challenges, installation on the day and support in securing home energy scotland loan. So rare to get such good communication from a building firm :)

We've just had JSJ in to foam insulate up the roof and underfloor of our 1930s bungalow as part of our renovation project. They did a great job, swiftly and efficiently, turning up on time and getting on with it, cleaning up behind them. Nice guys to interact with. Communications were great from the get go. Susan was able to talk me through the process and gave me a great idea of how the job would unfold. We were able to book Mark in for a survey within a few days and had the work carried out shortly after. The boys that were in did a great job, kept everything clean and managed to finish the job in half a… day. We've already noticed a big difference in the comfort of our house. Would highly recommend! Susan and Jim are friendly and professional. We were confident from the first phone call that we had found the best company to do our foam loft insulation.
