From the initial survey and listening to our requirements, you have expanded our home by maximizing the usable loft space to create an extra ensuite bedroom and walk in wardrobe without the need for a dormer. The team assigned to us, lead by Steve Hayes were fab, always friendly, kept us informed of progress and would make suggestions and check we were happy, as they went along (this included other teams that were used as well i.e. plumbers, electricians, roofers etc). Loft Pro has just completed a hip-gable / rear dormer conversion on our 1940's semi-D in Bristol. The builders, headed by Philip ('Silky'), were top notch, easy to work with and we're extremely pleased with the finished article. The build over-ran (was 15-ish weeks rather than the 10 promised), though forgivable given the pandemic / current materials shortage etc. No defects / issues so far. Have had to dock a star as communication from the office could have been better.

Great builders is the only thing that's good about loft pro, management and office terrible for after care they give promises and excuses from the office everytime you ring they never reply the service when they want your money is fast and efficient but after they have had your money you can't get hold of them. After the build the mess was disgusting we had to fight for them to paint the whole house, paint the whole drive , broken ridges , broken vent, windows open in not out, window so high we can't reach to open shut or clean? I wouldn't recommend this firm, stay clear. We're still waiting for

Ok, let's start with the negative, communication, they're not the best, they're busy so in a forgiving sense I'll let it pass.
On the positive, the work is excellent and the crews and organisation they lend to a job is exemplary. We had the best boys you could imagine, the work fabulous, the attention to detail superb. Each step was well mapped and we're so happy with the result.
Can't praise these guys enough, if only they'd return a phone call or mail occasionally I'd give them plus 5 stars

We are delighted with Loft-Pro's loft conversion in our house! The team were very helpful regarding design, going out of the way to accommodate our needs. The stairs took a small cupboard off our spare room but we have gained so much extra space. The bedroom/office is beautiful and the bathroom off the new landing maximises access for those peak times with lots of grandchildren around! And we still have access to the remaining loft space for storage...
The construction process was also excellent - the team kept the noise down - even keeping the radio off during the outside stages. And no swearing

We contacted them for a loft extension, they replied quickly with examples and a quote, but emphasising they were really busy and that we have to book soon for works the following year. We replied immediately giving availability for a survey visit. No reply. One week later I write to them again. An admin person calls me to arrange appointment for the next day. I asked for more notice but they seemed rushed and said the person wasn't working half of the next week. So we booked an appointment for the day after (Saturday), at a time convenient to them, even if it was during child's nap time and that

With a new member of the family on the way the time came to finally convert our attic. I had a few ideas floating around in my head and thought I knew exactly what we wanted the finished article to be. This went out the window as soon as I saw the 3D model the Loft Pro team drew up.

Loft Pro have recently finished our full dormer conversion. We are extremely happy with the end result. The team undertaking the work were absolutely great, talked us through everything as it went along, we felt engaged and involved. We went from a very dark, dingy unloved area to a bright light amazing space. We definitely made the right choice. Wardrobes will be fitted this week - can't wait!
