All our buildings are constructed using the finest quality timbers and are manufactured to the highest standard. All our buildings are made from 13 mm T&G ship lap cladding 3*2 CLS framing for extra strength flooring is 13mm T&G flooring which can be upgraded to 16mm T&G for a small fee. We use 48 kg high performance polyester base felt felt on the roof. ALL BUILDINGS ARE FREE FITTING ON DAY OF DELIVERY ONLY all we ask for is clear access and a firm solid base to erect the building on.
If your base is not suitable and we have to return at a later date there may be a recall charge. Our building are treated with a water base anti mould and fungi treatment only so will need treating with a good quality spirit base treatment or similar to water tight as soon as the building is erected.

Five stars all the way from me.
I had my 18' x 8' workshop from here and must be honest from the very 1st phone call speaking with dave he could not help and advise me enough a very genuine man and a pleasure to deal with, he will go out of his way to help you with what your looking for. The morning my workshop arrived the workmen were on time they were very polite and friendly they work hard and at a professional standard it only took them 3hrs and it was all done and what a job they did I cant praise them enough and I cant recommend this company enough. So please give them a call you wont be

Great experience from ordering to actual fitting.
The fitters even worked in the rain to get the summer house built.
Good quality product that will last for years hopefully. I have protected it with 3 coats of ronseal wood preserver as suggested by David which took ages to put on but should hopefully make it last longer.

Great to deal with, very happy with the finished out building. The turned up on time and worked straight through until completion. Very good quality and well made. Can't wait to start using it. Highly recommend these guys, very dependable. Keep up the good work, I wish more businesses were conducted like your own. Don't be supprised if you have to travel down to the south coast again!
