Asked for someone to come and service my shutters. Sent photos as requested. Guy called Mark said that we require a new curtain (we didn't actually need one). He was curt and accusative on email and stopped communicating. If you don't want a job, just say so rather than annoy a genuine customer (with 5 others shutters that all need a service)

I just called to ask for a quote as I am based in Ipswich and the gentleman told me that it is not worth coming. Why? He doesn't want to be bothered with customers making less than 50K. Your website does says that you serve domestic and small business owners even in Ipswich. If you don't want to be bothered with a job 'that it doesn't worth coming' then please delete it from your website because it is really confusing.

(-5 stars) I have honestly never dealt with a worse company, the receptionist was rude for a start. The fire curtain which they installed jammed, so i called them up to come and unjam the curtain. They said they couldnt do anything for a month, i informed them its a fire risk... but they didnt seem to care and didnt seem bothered about me going to a different company to fix their fire curtain. So if you want a fire curtain go to Coopers, they said they can come the next day to fix it. Westwood security shutters ltd may sell you fire curtains but dont ever expect to see them again.
