We are happy to take on small pieces of furniture such as chairs etc. as well as larger items such as large doors or windows. As well as residential and business projects, we have carried out work for listed buildings, churches and the broads authority. Unlike some other companies, we welcome customers to come and visit our workshop and see what we do and view stock items or customers items that are being worked on. Anglian Paint Strippers is an established business of over 25 years and is experienced in all aspects of paint and varnish stripping. We provide a professional and friendly service and are happy to advise on any items you may want stripped. Our latest projects are the conversion of a freight railway carriage that has been converted into a living space and a shepherd's hut that is being built from scratch.
Save time, money, hassle and the mess of paint stripping. By paint stripping an item you can completely transform that old door, desk or chest of draws, giving it a new and refreshed look. Even if you are planning on re-painting your item, by paint stripping the old paint off, it will give you a perfect base to re-paint onto.
Once your item has been paint stripped and is dry, it will usually need to be sanded to smooth down any rough areas and finished with your chosen finish. If you are unable to do this due to time constraints or lack of space, we would be more than happy to quote for this service. As well as paint stripping, we also carry a good stock of original pine door which are available in various styles and sizes.
We specialise in stripping doors, but do strip some items of furniture, so please give us a call for advice on any item you would like us to paint strip.
