Arranged a viewing for a re-pipe work and I was given reassurance I will get a quote within 1-2 days. Never got a quote and was a complete waste of time. Found another company who took the job on.
I’ve changed the review form one star to three star. Although he was courteous, it’s a shame as you say you needed an email, not once did you ask for this, in fact you stated you would message me the quote by text.

Have had Antonio and his men do 2 separate jobs for me during the pandemic. He fitted a shower cubicle and shower for my mother in law and a new toilet and re tile for my mum. On both occasions he done a fantastic job. Very accommodating as my mum is bed bound he had the utmost respect for her needs. I would thoroughly recommend parallel plumbing without hesitation. Antonio is an amazing plumber.
We only stumbled across him by chance when searching for a plumber to go and carry out a gas boiler check on our flat. He is efficient and extremely helpful and always goes that extra mile to assist. An example we had recently is there is an issue that the management company have found within the flats in our block. Antonio dealt with the matter as soon as I emailed him and is taking time out of his day to go back round there to check some aspects out.

We had a new boiler fitted, Antonio responded very quickly when contacted and assessed the job in a professional manner. The Team arrived promptly and carried out the work to a high level of detail in the timescales that they had quoted for. They were all pleasant and made good any repairs leaving everything neat and tidy. They were even patient and made a fuss of our nosy retriever! Would thoroughly recommend them.
