I had the guys from Kingsmead conversions convert our loft into a new bedroom with ensuite bathroom just a few months ago (March).
From the start to the finish they were excellent. Just like a well oiled machine as soon as one tradesman finished their work the next tradesman was in the next day to start their work and on it went until completion… with barely a day that something wasn't being finished.
The estimating completion and costs was absolutely on the nose. The only extra money involved was for extra's that we asked them to do.
What we are left with is a fantastic addition to our

We have just had our loft conversion completed and would thoroughly recommend Kingsmead to anyone. We had a few unique requirements and Adam and his team were more than happy to accommodate them - the end result is fantastic. All the team were polite, friendly and worked really hard. Any problems or difficulties we encountered on the way were resolved and dealt with, and Adam, Craig and the team always answered our phone calls and texts promptly. Overall really impressive and we were really pleased we chose Kingsmead.

Between lock downs last summer we were lucky enough to have our loft conversion completed by a wonderful team. In very hot conditions. 🥵 The work they carried out was very professional from start to finish. We… had two extra bedrooms and a bathroom added to our home and we are so happy with our new space. ❤️👌👏 Communication was brilliant and they finished in great time. We are so pleased with our loft conversion with Kingsmead. From the first fix guys (Russ & Dean) to the second fix (Nick & Darren).... we couldn’t fault their quality, friendliness or communication which was second to none. They also came up with design ideas throughout the build, which showed that they all really cared about the finished quality… and overall look to ensure we were happy.
Adam was always on hand with timely communication, whenever we had any questions throughout the build.

We used Kingsmead Conversions to carry out our loft conversion. Adam and his team were all fantastic from start to finish. Communication was good, each individual trade kept us up to date with every step and all progress made. Adam was always quick to respond to any queries. Every trade was punctual, friendly, professional, hard working and respectful of our house and belongings. We are so pleased with the end result and the space that’s been created. Agreed an appointment and then got cancelled on the day and just a few hours before it was agreed. Took the whole day off work just for the meeting. Decided to give another chance and agreed a call back to set something up again and yet again a big FAIL, heard nothing. I do not recommend this business.

We wanted a professional, dedicated company to make our loft into something spectacular, Adam and his team certainly delivered! We are absolutely over the moon with his approach and our new space in the loft! He is a hands on chap who really cares about giving his customers an exceptional experience. He turned up when he said he would, explained the process thoroughly and was communicating every step of the way, to give us the transformation that we required.

I am very surprised some people have posted a bad review based on being to busy to come around and quote. So far Kingsmead Converting have done a Dormer extension, rear Kitchen Extension and even found the time to do some smaller decking work. They are the real deal , excellent workmanship. work was on time and to the budget agreed. Rate them on their work please.

Kingsmead recently converted our loft with dormer to provide an amazing space that we absolutely love. A master bedroom with walk in dressing area and a good sized bathroom.
They were fantastic throughout, from the moment we contacted Adam, to the contractors finishing off. The guys worked so hard, particularly Tim who's work ethic is fantastic.
The space has changed our lives and we cant thank and recommend Kingsmead enough

From the off set Adam and his Team have been nothing but helpful and proactive through the whole process. The team are professional and courteous. We were talked through each step and what to expect during the conversion. Schedules were kept to and the house was left in excellent condition at the end of each day. We were so pleased with the end result, we are getting an extension soon and we will definitely be using Kingsmead again. Amazing.
