We bought a towel radiator from ADIGE back in November 2018 (it was the only place I could find the size we wanted); the service then was super. Unfortunately we recently had a leak on it but ADIGE were again superb....the radiator had a 5 year warranty & within 3 working days we had received a replacement.....proper customer service, well done.

Ordered this because the first one I ordered from a different company weren't clear on their measurements and when it arrived it was the wrong width & height and trying to return it to swap is hopeless as nobody replies. Needed a replacement quickly, so paid for express delivery. Was notified every step of the way and it arrived on the day we needed it. Perfect! Thank you.
