The Hi-Spec team were exceptionally good with their communication and did what they said they would well. Both the admin staff and electricians themselves were polite, helpful and tidy! It has been really hard to get trades work done in the pandemic, due to several reasons, and we've been let down by a lot of services, with no communication.
We had to wait a short while for Hi-Spec to be available, and we needed to pay upfront, but then this did secure them actually completing the work well, which is all we wanted! Would recommend and use again.

Great customer service from Hi Spec, had to use them a year ago, and they were faultless then too. This time round, Amanda dealt with the initial enquiry, and made sure that the job was dealt with that day as it was a bit of an emergency. She kept me updated with time of arrival and afterwards explained clearly what works they'd done. Reassuring and straightforward local business to use.

This was our first time delaying with Hi-Spec Electrical Ltd and it won’t be the last.
Based locally in Farsley, we needed some jobs doing including the removal of an internal switch and external lights, replacing internal lights and repairing internal switches.
Amanda liaised with us initially and she made things really easy. It was clear and straightforward with no issues.
Ryan our electrician then completed all the above work to a high standard and we couldn’t fault any of it. He took care in everything he did and I will definitely be using this company and Ryan again in future.

We've just moved to the area and wanted an EICR on the property, Paul and Amanda were so friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions really quickly. They managed to get us booked in within the week. Both guys who came out to conduct the report were brilliant, I know one guy was Stuart (sorry I didn't catch the other guys name ) they were both informative and punctual. We received the report the same day, and were offered a quote for repairs with no obligation, but of course we'll be booking Hi-Spec to come and complete the works!! Thank you everyone :)

Needed all equipment on a site that required PAT testing, I found Hi-Spec by chance through Google.
Not only were their charges a lot cheaper than expected, but after our initial booking was confirmed, I then realised later that I had to change the dates. Our request was not an issue & was changed accordingly. No fuss, very friendly & very accommodating. Polite reminder of arrival forwarded the day before.
Arrived on time, smart & friendly. Politely explained why a couple of items failed, & all completed with ease.

I used Hi-Spec recently for a fuse board upgrade and I can honestly say the service from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. The guys were so helpful and knowledgeable. From the first point of contact with Amanda in the office she was clear and precise in what was going to happen. Stuart the electrician arrived at my home and immediately made me feel at ease. Sometimes tradesman can be a bit messy and unhelpful but Stuart was brilliant and a barrel of laughs. I will definitely be using Hi-Spec again in the future!
