The purpose of the MLA is to promote the skills, conduct and ethics of its Locksmith members, ensuring a high level of service. Excellent service from Grays Locksmiths. Our front door wouldn't lock, Danny came within 20 minutes and secured the door. A new lock was needed which they ordered and fitted within a few days. Would highly recommend if you need a locksmith you can trust in a hurry!

Had to have Darren from Grays out at 10pm last Saturday evening as I'd managed to lock myself out and left the key in the lock from the inside.
He came out to Derby quickly and managed to get though a 3 star high security lock to let me back in and left the door undamaged and fitted a new handwheel type lock.
Great service on a cold night, fast response and did what needed to be done.
Would happily recommend their service if you ever need them.

I lost the key to a door and could not gain access. It was out of hours during the week.
I found Grays as being 24/7 on a google search on my phone.
Danny gave me an arrival time which he kept to.
He quickly changed the lock and gave me 3 keys.
Danny was very polite and informative.
I would certainly use Grays Locksmiths again.
Thank you Danny for getting me out of a tight spot.

Grays Locksmiths responded promptly to a request to replace a fire door. The attending Tradesman, Luke, gave excellent and relevant advice and secured the existing door until a replacement was available. Importantly, realistic estimates were provided on when installation of new door could be completed. When ready, the new door fitted to the space with minimal fuss and minimal impact to tenant. Area was cleaned and old door removed as part of the service. Door looks great and would use Grays again.
