Kenny first helped me out one winter when my tenants boiler packed in! He had it back up and running within 12 hours. Since then he's carried out annual gas safety certs and installed a new boiler in my flat. He is great at liasing with the tenants, taking the hassle away from the situation. Most importantly he is polite and friendly- not your typical tradesman.
