I'm Simon Steward, founder and director of Anglia Roofline. Every Monday morning, my teams arrive at another home in East Anglia - just as they have more than 4000 times over the last 16 years. Every job we do is different. But our service, and our values, are always the same. Everyone has their own reasons for going into business.
Flaking paint- this exposes softwood timber to the elements and makes your property look shabby. Rotten timbers-not always obvious, but does need to be checked because it allows water ingress that damages your roof support timbers and ceilings. You might even get leaks through your bedroom ceilings.
Our replacement uPVC products have a 20 year warranty and require no maintenance, just fit and forget. Anglia Roofline removes all existing timber fascia boards to ensure a solid fix keeping the roofline water tight and dry eliminating any ongoing maintenance. The quotation was very detailed and then the workmen fitting the soffits, fascias and guttering were very polite and.
Most property's Fascias and Barge Boards are made from softwood. Softwood is used because it is easy to work with and cheap to obtain. In many cases, unseasoned wood is used. However, in order to be weather proof it needs to be primed and painted and this protective paint layer needs to be regularly renewed.

I had my guttering, soffits etc replaced by Anglia Roofline at least 8 years ago. The job was total perfection and believe me, I am a perfectionist!
Ten days ago I came home from a weekend away to find that a piece of soffit had become detached and as I still had the company details I contacted them. They turned up less than a week later, made a completely invisible repair and the charge was minimal. I thoroughly recommend this company, they do a great job!!

A very professional company who completed the job to a high quality. Ivan and Nathan were both decent chaps who just cracked on with the job and i could see that they were very conscientious about what they did.
The complete replacement of all gutters, fascias and soffit boards looked great. The guys left the area around the house very clean - you wouldn't of known they were even there.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Very pleased!

We used Anglia Roofline to replace our Bargeboards which had previously been capped and the timbers had rotted underneath .
They took all old stuff down and renewed with white Upvc Bargeboards, and re-cemented gable verge end.
Although the weather wasn't always kind to them they completed the work on time and done a great job, we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to others . Many thanks to Ivan and Nathan.

Very happy with the service from this company from start to finish. We liked that the 'salesman' was actually the business owner himself so he had lots of knowledge and not once did we feel pressured into signing up on the spot for these services like we have been made to feel with other companies. The lack of pressure, the good price and the good quality of the product was what made us choose to go with Anglia Roofline. The finished gutters and fascias look very nice and we have had neighbours ask us who did them as they are now tempted to get theirs done as they look so good. Highly recommend

Just finished replacing wood fascias and fitted new gutters on the study and carport. This is the third contract completed on my house and they have now replaced all the old wood barge boards, fascias and soffits with uPVC and fitted new gutters and downpipes. Their fitters Ivan and Nathan have again done an excellent job, and have left the site clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommended.

From Simon giving me a quote to Josh and Nathan installing the new soffits and guttering, the whole experience was painfree and pleasant, all three really nice guys. I am always wary of companies doing this sort of work, being pushy, over priced and demanding money on the spot. None of that happened with Simon, there was no pressure, I got a really good price compared to any others and I didn't pay one penny until the job was completed. I highly recommend this company if you need anything doing to your roof etc.

2 June 2021. Anglia Roofline replaced the wooden barge boards,fascias and soffits in white plastic and also renewed all black guttering and downpipes in white. From our first meeting with Simon, who measured up to the completed works that were carried out by Nathan and Ivan we have had nothing but total satisfaction. No hard sell from Simon.
