A great experience after initially being apprehensive about having building work done.
We was recommended gem by friends who had an extension done and after meeting Lloyd and his team we knew we'd found the right builders for us. He was genuine from the beginning, going out of his way to offer solutions to turning our 3 bedroom house into the 5 bed that our family desperately needed. The team were patient with any extra jobs we asked them to do, always arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves before they left and were always friendly and polite. I called Gem Building Specialists Limited in after seeing some of their commercial work on their website for the Worthing Society for the Blind as i had need of opening up a driveway entrance and ensuring that there was textured slabbing also at the entrance. Working on a summerhouse build for us at the moment. Couldn't be more happier with the progress. Gem's project manager has spent considerable time with us going through plans and costings based on what we want and our budget and i have to admit, they have helped us reduce our actual build estimate which not a lot of companies do.
