I think like with most heating engineers your first meeting is usually one you want to avoid as it invariably means something has gone wrong and you're going to need to shell out a small fortune. That's what happened to me last year, having moved in to a new house, the boiler packed up within a fortnight. Luckily I had asked the previous owner to ensure that the boiler was serviced and Ignis Heating's name was there on the invoice. A quick call and Tom arrives and I deep down already knew the worst. To be fair the boiler was really old and we wanted it to be moved at some point anyway so within

Tom has provided nothing but good service. He is fair and honest in his charging and has been a pleasure to do business with.
So far he has serviced our boiler, fixed a leaking toilet and replaced all our radiators. Even when the tasks have proved tricky and awkward, Tom is always cheerful and helpful.
I am delighted to have found Tom and will be using him for all my plumbing from now on!

We contacted Tom to replace our 25 year old LPG boiler and radiators. He was courteous, polite and professional from quote to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very helpful giving advise. The house was left clean and tidy each day, and Tom and his very polite lad completed the job sooner than expected. The finish was of a very good standard. We are very happy with the work they have done and will not hesitate to call them again in the future or recommend them to friends and family.

We telephoned Tom, and he came around within 24 hours to see what we needed.
He cast a very professional eye around, and had very good suggestions as to what
would make our bathroom better, and more attractive. We found him to be a very
clean and efficient worker, and were thrilled with both the quality of the workmanship
