Beautiful store,I want to drape my walls in some of their fabric it is so gorgeous 😍 I went in to purchase something I had seen online and living locally it made sense. I'm so glad I did! The lady was fantastic, she looked up my items, which weren't in stock in store and gave me the option of ordering in or a different colour, different colour picked she went and got everything for me! Fantastic lady also went through fitting items and general helpful suggestions 😀 I'll be back..

Really disappointed at the time it is taking for my fabric bought for a new business. On Sunday I tracked it to be in Worcester. I live in Bewdley, it is now Thursday and could have picked it up quicker. Fabric Direct sent an order last Friday via special delivery and I got it Saturday. I cancelled my fabric with them as it was not in stock until Monday hence my order with TF but I could have had theirs bt now!

Terry’s fabrics have cost me £18 and I have nothing to show for it. I ordered a blind and paid for its delivery. It was the wrong size so I had to pay Hermes to return it then Terry’s fabrics deducted another £6 off my refund to cover the cost of the return delivery I had already paid for. There is no phone number, no email and the chat box has leading questions that help no-one. In 2021 this sort of trickery should be illegal and probably is.

Moved into a new home and ordered from Terry's fabrics for every window and absolutely don't regret it. Everything that has been made by Terry's themselves is absolutely perfect and the quality is great. We had some issues with some blinds that are supplied elsewhere however the customer service provided by Terry's was great. Nathan is always a fantastic help whenever we go in.
