Hazel Grove Plumbing Supplies Ltd are an independent Plumbers Merchant open to the trade and the public. The shop was opened way back in 1986 and since then we have built up an excellent reputation around our local area. Our warehouse is enormous allowing us to have large stocks of the best quality leading brands, we offer free local delivery and a great after sales service.

Rarely do you get a really pleasant member of staff at a company who has unrivalled product knowledge. However, thats exactly what you do get with Simon Neal. Very patient, couldn't be more helpful and provides a genuine first class service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon and Hazel Grove bathrooms.

Purchased a shower riser kit for around £180 which when installed by a plumber leaked when first used appeared to be very poor quality and installer confirmed he had seen similar problems with ones online about half the price.
Returned to shop for assistance who weren’t interested and tried to sell me another for more money.
Charmless guy instore displaying an attitude I’ve encountered before were they treat non tradespeople as gullible to be blinded with science .
Suggest if you want any after sales service go elsewhere.

Excellent service all round both on supply and aftercare for our bathroom suite. Thanks to Simon in the showroom for all his advice and help last year and Wayne and the team in shop recently. Can't praise them highly enough - no wonder our contractor recommended them. Ten out of ten and five stars from us.
