We are an independent and privately owned firm of Residential and Commercial Chartered Surveyors based in Nottingham. We are highly experienced in both Residential and Commercial Property Surveys across Nottinghamshire. Our expertise is recognised by our wide client base of satisfied customers who include Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire Trading Standards, and many of the leading firms of Solicitors and Estate Agents across the County.
Quite simply, you cannot buy a property without taking proper independent advice about its condition. The Council of Mortgage Lenders, Which? Magazine, RICS and all Solicitors recommend that you at least have a Housebuyers Report or its equivalent. The mortgage lender may undertake a quick valuation, but this is for their use only in making sure that they dont lend more than the property is worth.
A Schedule of Condition is carried out on a commercial property in order to determine its condition prior to the commencement of a lease. This limits a tenant's dilapidations liability when the lease ends. This is a detailed and accurate record of condition with a full schedule of appropriate photographs.

Very easy to work with - report was simplified in normal English, and was kept short and easy to understand. Been with a few other surveyors in the past where the reports are over 100 pages long and half of it just seems to be 'waffle'. So very impressed with these guys, it's exactly how a survey report should look like, will definitely be working with them again.

They recently completed my house survey and I couldn't have received a better service. The report was great and informative, very clear on the steps to take which was super handy with me being a first time buyer.
I also need to give props to how quick and accommodating they were. Getting the quote to booking the timeslot was done within a morning which was brilliant in keeping things moving and the actual time they were going to fit it in was within the week! Sadly the estate agent dropped the ball but Preoenergis rescheduled and completed it asap.
Couldn't recommend them more.

Exceptional service from start to finish. I received the report within a week of surveying. Report was very well written out and all my questions had been appropriately answered. Used their service for a residential buy however will be using them more often when expanding my property portfolio in Nottingham in the future.

Competitively priced with clear and prompt communication. As a first time buyer it would have been easy for them to recommend the most expensive survey possible but they were honest with the type of survey I needed and the reasons they did not recommend a higher level, more expensive one.
All email communication clear and prompt, survey report well laid out and easy to read.
