Had a window that was stuck open, after sending a few photos they took time out of their busy schedule to pop to mine quick, having if fixed in about 10 minutes!
Not only was it incredibly fast service, due to it being such a simple job they didn’t even charge me for it in the end, unheard of these days!

When we needed a new front door and a window unit replaced, we asked Itchen Glass to quote for the work, along with two others. We were impressed by their approach and their competitive pricing, so went with them and we were not disappointed. Their communication was fantastic throughout and we ended up with exactly what we wanted, fitted to a high standard. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

After 26 years my wooden stained windows were in definite need of replacement. Itchen Glass were one of four local companies to quote and not only was their quote the lowest, I was won over by the professional but low key sales survey. It took the team two and a half days to replace eleven windows including a bay and patio doors.
I am very impressed by the product and the installation. The house looks clean and fresh and my neighbours have been complementing me on how different it looks. In fact my next door neighbour has already booked Itchen to come back in about 8 weeks to completely replace

My folks recently had their kitchen and shower room windows fitted along with a new back door - what a first class job that Malcolm and Mason did for them! They were very professional and left the place clean and tidy - it was a pleasure to see and hear about first class tradesmen in the current climate. Brilliant service from start to finish. Giles, Carmine and the team were extremely professional and knowledgeable keeping us updated every step of the way. They helped to recommend what windows looked good as we didn't have a clue, as well as sending us through a few different designs to help us choose. We also had a beautiful front door fitted and it all looks clean and fresh! The fitting team were amazing, friendly and clean, despite our house being a bit difficult. We even got a visit to check everything was good when they finished the job. Thank you for your amazing work! Definitely recommend

We had new windows and a door fitted by this company all over the house, including 3 bay windows. We are very happy with the quality of our new windows, but even more impressed by the hard-working, cheerful helpfulness of the team. Malcolm, Mason, Ryan and Scott all showed a willingness to do any extra little thing at a minute's notice (even completely stripping out and reassembling a faulty window fitted by another company). Unlike other companies, they didn't charge extra for details such as chrome handles, capping window sills etc. We would be happy to recommend them. Richard & Jackie
