Our boiler broke down and required replacement during a particularly cold spell. Kevin went out of his way to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible and Reece managed to get the new boiler up and running in one day of work. All members of staff were super efficient - including Lorraine in the office and we are grateful to them. I have no hesitation in recommending them for boiler replacement and servicing.

Heat Haus Newark - Overall an excellent service. Kevin discussed in detail how the existing boiler could be upgraded to a combi and moved into the roof space, freeing up kitchen space and a large airing cupboard. Brilliant customer service, excellent communications and top quality work at a reasonable price. Would certainly recommend over many other local competitors.

Excellent service from the office when I contacted them about having my boiler serviced. The appointment time given was very prompt. The engineer arrived in the appointment time slot and provided a first class service to my boiler and heating system. This is an excellent local company to use and I will be using them for any future work.
