Services
Whilst providing support during a crucial time for private landlords, where housing is required to be above an E EPC rating (and a target of C by 2030) through the MEES regulation, SCIS are also at the forefront of supporting social housing associations through their moral transition to provide habitable, comfortable, warm and affordable properties for their tenants.
South Coast Insulation Services is an industry leader in providing a high performance, injected blown bead insulation system. With outstanding cavity wall insulating properties, it is ideal for domestic, commercial and industrial use. Providing 100% cavity fill with no cold spots, no waste and easy to install.
Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) is an extremely effective means of insulating solid wall properties to significantly reduce the amount of heat lost through the walls. The installation process involves fixing a layer of insulation material to the internal walls of a property, finished with plasterboard to leave a smooth and clean surface for redecoration.
External Wall Insulation is the ideal solution for properties that aren't suitable for cavity wall insulation. It helps keep your property warm and cosy, helps prevent condensation and mould growth and reduces external property maintenance. Our staff are all highly qualified personnel, many of whom have also worked in the industry for a number of years.
Other types of insulation can lead to problems either because they have reached the end of their usefulness or because they were installed incorrectly. Either way, we can help. Most houses built in the UK since 1930 have been built with a cavity wall: a wall formed from two thicknesses of masonry with an air space between them, which are held together with wall ties.

I have used SCIS for some years now and have constantly been impressed by the professionalism, politeness and efficiency display in all of my dealings. The company is also extremely prompt in dealing with requests. For instance, I asked Simon on Monday afternoon to set up everything needed for a new website. By Tuesday morning, everything was there - domain name, hosting package, website created and uploaded.

Been using SCIS on and off for over 12 years. Even without recent contact they treat every issue with professionalism and speed. They have helped me save literally £1000's over the years and by using their services they have fixed so many IT issues in minutes that i would have had no chance in understanding or fixing.
I have complete trust in their price structure having shopped around before and always returning due to 'false' value elsewhere.
