I very cheekily asked John to secure a loose top stone of my garden wall this morning!!
He was actually doing a job for my neighbour 😂 but on returning from work to find he had done as promised… I’m so happy I just had to leave a review.
He seemed very friendly, I would gladly use his services after him being so generous, kind and helpful!

So grateful for the amazing work John did on my house. Buying my first house and having problems with the boiler as soon as moving in was very daunting - John was extremely friendly and professional and put me at ease. John was so accommodating in working around me and arranging key pick up with me working full time.
The boiler was replaced quickly and John also sorted out the plumbing for my new kitchen. Amazing service throughout. Would recommend to anyone - such a kind and thoughtful man, can't thank him enough!

I am 2 weeks in to owning my first house and within a few days of moving in was dismayed to learn that the boiler was on it's last legs and likely to fail at any given moment. I called John on a Friday and by the following Wednesday lunchtime I was up and running with a brand new boiler and a significantly warmer home. John himself is extremely friendly and knowledgable about his trade and is exactly the type of person you want working on your home. His team are also easy to talk to, friendly people to deal with and incredibly efficient and professional. Glad to have found this company to call

John did a fantastic job with fixing our shower, there was no hot water for weeks and now we have a powerful shower. John was friendly, professional and provided an excellent service. Not only did he fix the problem he was brought out for but any other issues we had with other showers. Excellent service and would definitely recommend to others, especially students!!

Well John excelled yet again 5 stars not enough. John is thoughtful kind and a top class professional. Only a small job but for me on my own he is the right hand man washer and dishwasher plumbed in super quick . No mess to clear up and all fully working. Would not hesitate to recommend John the Plumber together with his team.

John helped me identify the fault with my parent’s boiler without even having to visit their property! I called him initially to book an emergency visit as they had no heating or hot water. Even though he was happy to visit their house on a Sunday, he asked me a few questions to help understand the issue. A few phone calls later and I was able to resolve their issue and get them back up and running. I think that’s just brilliant - what a refreshing approach. Would not hesitate to use or recommend John in the future.
