Rang Doorcall yesterday evening because our backdoor handle was jamming. We couldn't open the door and Neil came this lunchtime and sorted it out in no time. Very satisfied with he service.

A brilliant service when we needed it fast. Debbie and Neil squeezed us in to their very busy schedule on the day that we were desperate for a locksmith. We were not onsite but they kept us updated before the visit, during the job and explained clearly what they had done. Couldn’t ask for more. So professional and reliable and trustworthy. Definitely keeping their number in our contacts.

I had a door hinge break, rendering it unusable. I rang Doorcall after 6pm on the Friday and was made an appointment for someone to call first thing on the Saturday morning.
Neil arrived as promised, fully equipped to deal with almost anything. He had replaced the hinge and adjusted the door within an hour. It is actually better than it was when first fitted!
Neil has helped me a couple of times since.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Doorcall again and highly recommend them.

Our house was broken into while we were on holiday and we were unable to get back home to organise a repair to the door. Doorcall were able to help and not only fitted an upgraded lock and locking mechanism but made good all the surface damage so that the door looked brand new. I would heartily recommend their services for anyone needing an emergency repair.
