We discovered damp patches in the outer wall in our front room. Mike from Abbey came out to assess the work and give us a price. He informed us in detail what they would do to rectify the problem. We have had various jobs done at home over the years by a variety or tradesmen and we have discovered what they tell you in the first instance is not always what happens when the work takes place. However everything that Mike had told us about the process of curing the damp problem was exactly spot on. After using Abbey in January 2021 to fix a damp problem under the bay windows in the front of the house, when I had a similar damp problem in the back of the house they were the only people I contacted to fix the issue, the work was to an excellent standard, they were punctual and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Being happy with the price the job was started within a week and completed within 4 days. Would highly recommend Abbey damp proofing. They came on the agreed time and cleaned up before they left every evening. Lee checked the job every day and only left when he knew I was happy with everything. A very professional team.

Ray quoted us a really reasonable price compared to a few other quotes we had been given for damp proofing and re plastering. Also, we were really grateful he was able to fit us in the week after as we coudln't move into the property until this job was done.
Abbey Damp Proofing were really friendly, completed great work and cleaned up all their mess after them. Their work comes with a 30 year garantee. Would recommend to friends and family!

We contacted Abbey as we had a damp issue and Lee came to see us the next day. Good, value for money quote and work started the following week. The whole team was great (particularly Alan and Paul) and did an excellent job, even cleaned up after themselves really well, taking all rubbish away. Ended up asking for some additional work to be done and it was no problem for them. Can’t speak highly enough of Lee and his project management as he made sure everything ran smoothly and kept us updated throughout. Will definitely use Abbey again.

We used abbey for some damp proofing works in our front room and kitchen. From the moment Ray came to give us a quote till the work was finished we were 100% satisfied.
