Such a refreshing change to work with someone whose character and integrity match up with their abilities. Chris has input great creative flair and wisdom on our most recent project.
He has been more than happy to give honest open thoughts, that i think are of such high value.

We appointed Chris to design and produce drawings for a new kitchen extension for our home. From day one Chris was fantastic and very helpful, coming up with a few ideas and options that we had not thought of, for how we could make the most of our new space and how important natural light is. We had never done any building work before and he made the whole process very easy for us, taking care of all the applications needed. We would highly recommend him and if we ever decide to do any more extension work we will certainly be using Brightman Architects.

Chris has been fabulous working with us to design our extension to ensure it becomes exactly what we need. We love the design and can't wait to see it built next year, we are thankful Chris is seeing us through the process to guide us through!
He is professional and has dealt with all issues brilliantly and promptly. He has had some great ideas that we hadn't considered from general layout issues right through to the detail and finishes.
If we ever move house (in the distant future) we will definitely call on Chris again to sort our next home out for us!

Chris has been fabulous to work with; He has listened to all our questions, been patient whilst we changed our minds on several occasions, and found solutions to issues we thought couldn't be rectified. He happily produced 5 different designs so that we could see the options available and how it impacted our land, and explained all the differences very clearly. Couldn't rate him enough.

I needed someone to produce drawings and a Building Regulations Application for the installation of a floor and three rooms in the roof of my bungalow. I was advised to contact Chris. He drove 200 miles to measure up and discuss our requirements. He offered advice on the best way to arrange the rooms, run the plumbing, fit the staircase, on insulation options and requirements, on appropriate materials,etc.. He quickly produced the necessary drawings and application.
