I phoned ‘Tae a Moose’ after suffering from bed bugs for a number of weeks and explained my issue to Vikki who was absolutely brilliant! She explained the procedure of sorting the issue out and Brian came around a few days later. Brian was on time, professional, knowledgable and got straight down to work. Straight away there was a massive improvement! Vikki advised that there would be a second visit needed. Once again, Brian was absolutely professional. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone suffering with any issues with pests or bugs. Thanks again Vikki and Brian and keep up

I’m up from Sussex looking after an elderly ill parent who is housebound. A few days after I arrived, I noticed wasps going into the brickwork under the front door. As I’m allergic to them, I phone the Tae A Moose number and spoke with Vicky who was so kind and understanding. She managed to contact her husband who was on another job and he popped in a few hours later and dealt with the wasps. I haven’t had one since 👍🏻😁

Excellent service from start to finish. Phoned Wednesday, problem dealt with Friday. How rare is that ? On arrival, Brian gave a full description of the likely source of the problem, and explained in detail the actions he would take to remedy it. He was also clear about the measures necessary to prevent a reoccurence. I feel secure in the knowledge that Tae a Moose exist should any similar problem occur in the future, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Outstanding service from the start and throughout. Vikki and Brian were knowledgeable and reassuring and managed to fit me in quickly for a visit. My issue turned out be less of a problem than I initially thought and I'm so glad that I had Tae a Moose to address my fears.
