Deeplas cladding is an ideal replacement for peeling or rotting timber cladding, felt or hanging tiles. Well fitting cladding of exterior walls can increase their U-value and make your home warmer whilst being virtually maintenance free. The Deeplas range comes as 'tongue and groove' boards which interlock to make the house walls draught free.
Replacement of soffits and fascias is a job for skilled tradesmen. Our fitters are highly experienced in all types of installation as the processes vary according to the roof structure and materials. First to go up is the 'pre-vented' soffit. It is not compulsory, except for new-builds, but the building inspectorate recommend it as good practice.
