Panic at the Presbytery! Toilets not draining away - manhole oozing! Called JDDrains and a very helpful lady (am I allowed to say that nowadays!) informed me that someone would be on site in about an hour. Received a txt message to confirm and a call from the technician on arrival.. Job sorted within 20 minutes. Very pleased with response and work done. Price not too bad either. Used before - will use again. Excellent!

This company were amazing on Monday. I have a 95 year old client with dementia who lives alone and her toilet had backed up. It was 10 o'clock at night and we had already been waiting 3 hours for a very well known drain company to come out (they messed us about terribly)... in desperation I turned to Google and JD Drains came up on the search. They were at my client's house within 30 minutes of me calling them and had fixed the problem 10 minutes later. Really kind staff who cared about helping this elderly lady. I would definitely recommend them!!

Excellent service in every way. Engineers that attended arrived exactly on time and were very helpful in investigating problem detailed and were able to provide the information required by my builder. I found the cost very reasonable for the work carried out. On the basis of this experience, I would recommend JD Drains without hesitation.

Great service by JD Drains - woken up on Saturday morning to all drains being blocked - called JD at 9am - they managed to get on site by 10.15am and fix everything within an hour for a very reasonable price + left recommendations on how to address the root cause of the issue in the future. Highly recommend

JD Drains gave me a really good service, they extremely easy to talk to, and Joe and his colleague did an excellent job of explaining what our issue was, and how we could fix it, with multiple options. There was no pressure to do the remedial work quickly, and he went out of his way to reassure us that we should not worry about our drain issue (partial collapse of old pipe to the road). Highly recommended.

Five star service from JD Drains today, to unblock a private drain to the Thames Water manhole, including a broken drain rod that I'd managed to snap off halfway down the run. A series of text messages allowed us to give details of the job including photos, the response time was less than two hours, with more text messages to keep us updated on the time of arrival. Two operatives and a jetting unit sorted it out in no time at all, leaving the area clean and tidy. Simple online invoice and feedback system on completion. Great job guys!I
