Very responsive and price reasonable. Called them at 4pm for an emergency blocked toilet and they managed to arrange for they guy to drop by at 4. 20 to fix it. Quality service.

Great company , I’d strongly recommend. Plumber was knowledgeable, friendly and explained exactly what he was doing . I thought my blocked sink would be a simple fix but being an old property drainage is never quite what you think but drainpoint was determined to find out where the drainage went, where the blockage was and to fix it which they did !

Absolutely outstanding service! I called for a quote and got a more than reasonable price much better than a lot of plumbing companies within Edinburgh.
The receptionist was honest about the prices and was very understanding about the situation. She then booked an engineer straight away and they were here within 40 minutes! Super fast service! Fixed a blocked kitchen sink within the hour. He was kind enough to explain what could have caused the blockage and even cleaned up any mess. So amazing service! 5 stars service, they arrived very quickly, went to the bottom of the issue and unblocked the toilet. Turns out that the pipe outside had some dirt building up. They took the time to explain everything and they even had a look at my shower and investigated why the drain was so slow which wasn't why I called them for in the first place.
