Also on a previous boiler inspection appointment I mentioned one of our toilets doesn't work. They offered another appointment and fixed it for a very reasonable price.

I have a rental property for which Blue Flame have looked after the central heating for many years. They also do the Landlord Safety Certificate. Always reliable and trustworthy. They fitted a new boiler at the property a few years ago and it's still going strong. They always turn up as booked and give clear advice and guidance. Definitely recommend.

We have used Blue Flame to carry out the annual Gas Safe boiler and gas appliance service in our rental flat for many years now.
They very helpfully get in contact on the yearly anniversary to remind me that the service is due and then get in touch with our tenants and do the rest without fuss or bother.
They are great communicators and efficient and we are very happy with their pricing.
Their follow up is always prompt and efficient too.
I cannot find fault with them and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

I have used Blue Flame Gas Engineers before, it was easy to book my yearly gas service & I was having problems with my heating.
Jason called on time he was polite, & very helpful he explained what he thought the problem was & quickly solved it.
Jason also discussed with me we might want to think about thermostats for the radiators & one to control our overall heating.
In this time when we all should be thinking of using less gas that is very good advice.
