Used them in the past and was happy with the service.
Made an appointment to get quotes for new flooring which they didn't turn up for , when called to query, was made to feel that they were not interested in the job .
I am sure business is good for you at the moment, but try not to upset your loyal customers as you might need them in the future.

With sincerity I would highly recommend this company Thank you to the Staff and the owners for the kindness care and Professionalism shown. Although I had not purchased my carpet from them i had been let down halfe way through a carpet fit after speaking with them to see if they could help within the hour they had the remainder of my carpet and organized a fitting for two days time A huge Thank you for your help I will definitely use this company for future flooring Kathy.
