Following a break in at my property Martin replaced my old wired system with a new wireless system and recommended and fitted more security features in my house. He is always very quick to reply to any concerns I have about my system and no question is too silly for him. He is always friendly and cheerful and competent.

Top class Cheshire based company came to save the day after we returned from holiday to find out we had been broken into, Martin arrived within 15 minutes and put both my wife and myself at ease, he fitted full house security including flood lights to brighten up our long dark lawn which is possibly where the thief's made their escape with personal property. We cannot sings ASI and Martin's praises loud enough, so knowledgeable and extremely professional thank you so much. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if we could. Bill and Pauline.

After reading a number of positive reviews we chose ASI to fit a wireless alarm system. We have been impressed with the service provided : Martin has been professional, courteous and friendly. He has responded promptly to messages and kept us fully informed. The new system was installed efficiently and Martin took the time to explain how to operate it and to answer a number of questions. He was careful and tidy and we will be asking him to carry out a service each year.

I have Never Used Altrincham Security before ! So was not on any Service Contract with them ! But was treated very well by this Company .Panic situation Control box started to omit a Burning smell ( Unit Not Fitted by Altrincham Security ) Martin Called Am Sunday to sort the Problem out within the hour and make it SAFE for the household In this day and age I've never had better service During Covid 19 as well . Polite excellent communication YOU CAN TRUST THIS MAN !

We've just had our alarm fitted by Altrincham Security and I couldn't recommend Martin highly enough. He answered all my (many) questions and gave his professional opinion when asked, but was never pushy and didn't try to upsell anything. No hidden costs or extras, and nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Alrincham Security to my family and friends and I feel confidenat that the aftercare, if I need it, will be outstanding.

A great experience dealing with Martin at Asi. Provided excellent suggestions for what would be required as a replacement alarm system for an old and failing system. Offered practical advice about other security ideas at our house. Installation was on time and done swiftly. You would not have known he'd been there when he left. Very tidily done. Thoroughly recommend them.

I called Altrincham Security, hoping to get someone to reset the alarm system in my new house, with the previous owner forgetting the alarm code.
I expected an appointment within the next couple of months but to my amazement Martin was able to carry out the work necessary within 2 hours of my call, all done by lunchtime.
Exceptionally quick, professional, polite and great value for money service. I wouldn't hesitate to use Altrincham Security again for any future security needs
