We were really impressed by Mark Lee and his Building Consultancy team - they responded very promptly when we asked for advice about a home survey, and they were very professional in covering all aspects of the condition of the property. We liked that Mark was easy to talk to and explained the concerns he had, sending us extra information about the implications of taking down a huge tree and of converting the loft whilst retaining the solar panels. Although the price of the survey wasn't the cheapest we could have paid, it represented excellent value for money given the amount of money a house
