I chose Tracks-Direct because I had two very good experiences with them previously. My order arrived quickly but on this occasion the bay window track had been damaged in transit. I phoned to report the problem late Monday afternoon and was immediately told that a replacement would be sent as soon as possible - it arrived Wednesday lunchtime! I am very impressed by the positive attitude and the speed of the response. The product is (as usual) accurately made, well wrapped and supported on a wooden frame. Thank you!

I was absolutely fed up buying plastic rubbish curtain rails. I sought out this company on line. Never used them before but will only ever use them in future. The staff are knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The product brilliant and sturdy. We have a full length 4.5 metre wide window and the rail easily supports the heavy curtains. Worth the extra money in my opinion. A pleasure to do business with them.

Ordered on Wednesday afternoon,I actually asked if their was a possibility of quick delivery. I was absolutely gobsmacked when it arrived Friday lunchtime. Everything checked and all present. Only complaint nowhere does it tell you what size drill bit is needed to to drill the holes. Will sort that out though. Would definitely recommend though

I was a bit nervous about ordering the pole which I needed online. However, the consultant who I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional and made me feel confident in placing the order. He assisted me with ensuring the measurements were accurate and gave me advice as necessary. He was always available by phone or email.

I ordered online from tracks direct and it was the first time I had considered ordering a track myself for my front room bay window.
The guide these guys supplied for doing it was excellent even covering the angles of my bay.
The following day I realised I had the measurements wrong and contacted them and they fixed my order and also made sure my angles all added up correctly with the lengths I had. This saved me from getting it wrong a second time.
To my delight the goods were made up and shipped to me much quicker than expected and the quality of product and service was superb. The track itself
