I live in the United States and was searching for a long time for lamp shades that would go with my lamps. I could not find anything that would perk my interest. I approached Premier lampshades for a custom shade, the finished products was exquisite!! Imagine the horror when damage was caused to an antique lampshade inherited from my wife’s beloved grandmother. A shade that for nearly half a century, had gently contributed to the ambience of our cottage home. As comforting a glow as the coals that warmly danced and flickered within the fireside below.

Loved the choice of lampshades available but was not sure about fixing needed. The staff at Premier were great, I sent them photos and they explained how the American spider fixing we had worked and how I could work round it and order the correct fitting. It took me a few minutes to change the shades when they arrived. The quality is brilliant and the service and deliver fast, professional and friendly.
