We cant fault EH Smiths Longbridge branch. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Steven always goes that extra mile to help us out when in need and keeps us well informed. The drivers are all great and go that extra mile. We cant fault the service or the staff.

I want to leave a review for Dave, an EH Smith driver from the Longbridge branch. I had a delivery from another building supply and they dumped plaster board and plywood on my drive and drove off. Dave stopped and seen i was struggling to pick this up as i am elderly and he picked all this up for me and placed in my house. I just want to say thank you to my knight in shining armour for all your help.

Ordered item weeks ago. incorrect items delivered despite paying substantial delivery cost. have been chasing for weeks since to arrange collection and requested refund on several occasions and yet to be received. multiple excuses from head office. awful customer experience

Never go here they are breaking the law by not letting delivery driver go the toilets they are treating the delivery drivers like animals Under Health and safety and welfare regulations 1992 act in the workplace they are breaking the law

I am a landscaper and use the place a lot , it's open early has a big range in stock and a lot more that can be ordered in 🤓
The staff behind the counter always put me right and are helpful friendly and on the ball.
The lads out in the yard never let me down and load quickly. If you need it delivered order early as it they normally take a few days.
