I've used salon tracker since 2008! Back then it was known as studio tracker. I've stayed with salon tracker all of these years because its extremely user friendly and the customer service is excellent.
The HQ (head quarters) is also an amazing tool for me. It mean I can remotely monitor, manage and amend pricing, products and offers in all my shops.

I have been using salon tracker 2 and a half years and so happy with it.
They are SO efficient and happy to help whatever crazy the request. The training provided to navigate was explained so well but what makes it even better is that there are constant videos to help you if you “forget”
This program has been perfect for my salon and can’t recommend enough!

From the moment I enquired about Salon Tracker the staff have been nothing but helpful. Halle was so informative and professional helping me initially set the system up and being accessible at any point to help with any queries or problems i’ve had along the way. The system itself is brilliant and takes any administrative pressure away when running a busy salon. I definitely couldn’t live without it and would highly recommend it to anyone. I started using Salon Tracker after 15 years with another company who’s customer service was measured in weeks not hours ,also I was apprehensive about the change in software and having to get used to it all again . All I can say is it was a pleasure from first contact to installation and training . I have found the staff to be of the highest professional level .when I’ve needed help they are on a phone within minutes ( usually my lack of knowing the inner workings . The main software is so easy to use and the transition was so simple we were able to remain open during the process with minimal
