Absolutely amazing service provided by the team. The professionalism and good nature of the team made installation seamless and with minimal disruption. The advice that I was provided prior to installation and on the day of installation was brilliant. The job is very neat and tidy which was a given as the team are very passionate in the service they provide.
The machine itself is of high quality and does the job required with various functionality.
I highly reccomend CapCool as you will not be disappointed.

Capcool provided us with very professional service from the very beginning to the end. Erica has been very responsive and accomodating from the first contact regarding bookings and quotes. Fahan, Adnan, Imran and Ibreham worked for us for four days to install the three multi-units for six rooms of different sizes. They are all very dedicated and they work very hard to find solutions to minimize the potential changes/damages to the existing interior. Many thanks to everyone!

Farhan is very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about air conditioning and was happy to explain any queries and provided guidance according to our needs. The quote received was competitive and very reasonable. Subsequent changes to our requests were promptly explained whilst providing neatest solution rather than making their installers life easy.

The team at Capcool we’re brilliant. I needed split a/c units in two of my bedrooms, and the loft bedroom had limitations in terms of placement. The team recommended a modern unit which would mount on the wall under the skylight opening and didn’t require any visible ducts in the room. The other businesses that provided quotes said the only way to install in the loft bedroom was to run horrible looking conduits along the inside wall.
Hats off to the Capcool team for listening to my needs and recommending the perfect fit. The loft unit took a while to get from Panasonic, but once it arrived
