In 1990 RCT Construction LTD acquired the unused Islington Police Station at a cost of just 400,000, breathing new life into the old building by converting it into 22 luxury apartments. 27 years later, the number of projects we've completed now exceeds 100. The number of new homes we've created is in the thousands.

And the volume of commercial space we've developed is in the hundreds of thousands of square feet. 1996 - E8 - Purchase of Hackney Community College, Dalston Lane, located opposite Hackney Downs Train Station, planning permission obtained for 49 flats, then sold with the benefit of planning permission.

1999 - EC1 - 6 Borough High Street, Retained as public house, Commercial units, sold with planning permission for second floor, Burrell Boy and Banker public house. 2000 - EN9 - Highbridge Road, Waltham Abbey, Essex, planning obtained for residential, sold. 2000 - SE1 - Lambeth road, refurbishment of 11, 4 storey houses Adjacent to the Imperial War Museum.
